After waking up with intense sciatica pain radiating down to my toes in both legs, I started calling around Penrith, unsure whether I needed a physio or a chiro, and hoping for a same-day appointment. Thankfully, I came across Ramzay, who was kind enough to squeeze me in between patients that afternoon. While waiting, I had a Thai massage in a desperate attempt for some immediate relief. It helped a little, but what Ramzay did was on another level. The pain I’d been struggling with completely disappeared. I walked in barely able to sit or stand still, shifting from foot to foot, and walked out completely fine. It’s now been two weeks, and I’m still pain-free. Thank you Ramzay.
